Because we sell at factory price only. In comparing with others, our price is really reasonable.

Unfortunately our prices are the wholesale ones so I can only give you $5/kg discount when you place an order of 5kilos or more.

Our hair is high quality so this price is suitable.

I can’t discount when you buy with a little amount.

 

5. How much can you produce a month?

We can produce from 1000 to 2000 kilograms monthly.

 

6. Are you a manufacturer or trader? How long have you been manufacturing?

We are a manufacturing company.

We have our own factory and we started our business for more than 12 years.

8. Why I must pay tax/fee?

Maybe the Customs knew it is real human hair

They checked and store your hair a few days, so you have to pay the warehouse charges, Custom fees…

 

9. Why do you make closure very long time?

Dear, Closure is made by hand 100%, it takes 2-3days one staff only make 1 SET.

Yes, because FedEx is a reliable shipping company so please give us your exact address, the hair will be sent to you safely.

 

14. How long does it take to ship? / When will I receive hair?

After receiving your payment we will prepare the hair to ship. When it’s ready I will ship it immediately and it can take 3 -5 days to ship.

It takes about 2-4 days to ship to Euro, Russia, Australia, American and about 5-7 days ship to Africa.

 

15. How do you ship to me?

I will ship to you by FedEx/DHL/UPS.

(With clients in Nigeria, Ghana: Besides, If you have your shipping agency in China, I will ship to your agency, then they will ship to you)

 

16. Should I sign on the package?

Yes, signature is requested. We would like to make sure that FedEx, UPS, DHL will deliver the hair to right address

 

17. If I am not satisfied with the hair, what is your policy?

If you feel your product is unsatisfactory and would like a refund or an exchange, you must return it to us within 02 days since the days you receive it according to shipping agency track.

Postage must be covered by the sender and it’s the responsibility to ensure that their return postage is appropriately covered.

In case you want return the product, we will refund product price and shipping fee back after 2 working days we receive the right product.

Please notice that before shipping, we always take pictures and videos of the hair and send to customers.

18. Why do you charge 5% PayPal fee?

In fact, PayPal charges us much about 7-8% fee in which we just want to receive exact amount to make hair so we support you 3% and you also pay 5% to make up for this fee.

 

19. Is your weft line double weft or single weft? Can you ensure that it won’t shed or tangle?     

Now all our weft line is double weft so we can make sure it won’t shed at all.

 

20. What is single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair? What is your highest quality hair and what makes it high quality?

They’re all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles.

Single drawn hair has thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but super double drawn has very thick end almost same length.

It’s the best quality we have.

 

21. What are the grades of hair? Do you have 9a/10a/8a/..grade?

Actually, grade is the way that Chinese value their hair.

We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double and super double drawn hair and all of them are best quality.

22. What's the difference between Vietnamese and Cambodian hair?

Vietnamese hair is silkier and tend to be natural straighter than Cambodian hair while Cambodian hair is coarser and natural wavier than Vietnamese hair!

 

23. Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?

All our products are shipped from Viet Nam. We ship orders using DHL, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, EMS to the United States and other couriers according to the areas. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.

 

24. How to pay for my order?

Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T),or Paypal, a +5% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We have both remy and virgin hair. Remy hair is the hair mixed from more than one donor so each bundle is 100 grams and virgin hair is a special type for bleaching and dyeing on your own when you receive it.

 

26. I noticed that some of the bundles have a slight lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present, is this normal?

Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

39. How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will turn to be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning the human hair will, it shows white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split ends. It is normal but not a quality problem.

 

40. Can I dye/color the hair?
Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade. Cambodian virgin hair extension in competitive price. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the Cambodian virgin hair . Colouring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.

 

41. How to care your hair?
Wash the hair in one week.
Water to wet hair,use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.
Comb with a wire brush after dry.
You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent,and remember to use the nutrition water.
The combs you`d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.
Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.
Don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
Don't grasping the root of hair overexert 

 

42. What type of hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

 

43. If I order today , how long it takes for the shipment?
The hair will be shipped out within 24 hours in working day if we have stock for that, it takes 3-5 working days to USA and Europe countries, 5-7 working days to Africa countries.

 

44. How about the return policy?
Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after received the goods; please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer. We will responisable for the shipping cost if it's quality problem.
